Doula Process

The first step is to book a free consultation to meet and see if we are a good fit. If you chose me as your doula we will go over a contract in detail, address your questions and sign the contract to engage my services.

Once you sign on as a client you have virtual support, by me, throughout your pregnancy.
We will go over birth options, birth plan, and more during our prenatal visits.

Once you are in labor I do offer home support if needed, or I will meet you at your place of birth.
I will stay 1 to 2 hours immediate postpartum and to help facilitate breastfeeding if you are breastfeeding your baby.

I will check in postpartum and set up a time for me to come to your home for a postpartum visit, unpack your birth story, check in on how feeding baby is going, and see how the transition to parenthood is going.
