Lactation Support

My passion of all things pregnancy, birth, and baby led me to want to support mamas in a new and vulnerable way. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) through ALPP. I have completed 95 hours of lactation specific training based on evidence from WHO/UNICEF.

Through the experience with breastfeeding my own two children, supporting countless families navigating their own journey, and going through the evidence based coursework I am dedicated to show up for you on your own journey. Sometimes all you need is for someone to reassure you - and sometimes you need some real, hands on, knowledgeable support. I am here for it all.

“The Fresh 7”

This is a unique appointment that I feel strongly every breastfeeding parent should have access to. Evidence shows us that days 3-7 postpartum are when parents are the most vulnerable to stop breastfeeding. “The Fresh 7” is an in home lactation visit within the first 7 days of babies life. Even if you feel like breastfeeding is going well, this appoint provides a safe space to ask questions, get reassurance on how breastfeeding is going, and catch any potential issues early on. Sometimes all you need to hear is “you are doing a good job, everything looks great.”

This appointment lasts a maximum of 55 minutes and is billed at the self pay rate of $100.
